Presently, he works for FLD-FS/NI Project Manager. He entered into his life-career in 1998 when he started working with Ministry of Agriculture and Fishery as a teacher at Prel Leap National School of Agriculture with different subject such as Breeding plant, Community Development, Project Manager and Sustainable Rural Development. He jumps work at Local non-governmental organizations such as Srer Khmer, Cambodia Health Education and Care. Ratanak has passed out many consultancy projects in relating to project evaluations, possibility of studies for build capacities and establish for member community Forestry, Fishery and Community Protected Area. He provided and awareness-raising of technical agriculture and marketing. Vibolratanak completed Master degree in Agriculture and Rural Development at The International University, and his bachelor's degree in Biology at the Royal University Of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
