...Thy, serves as Acting Executive Director, has more than 26 years of experience in program design and management for local and international organizations. Specifically, he has been leading diverse programs, including livelihood, community development, WASH, saving, disaster risk management, and climate change adaptation. He holds a Master of Public Administrative from Chamroeun University of Poly Technology, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Besides he attended national and international training programs.

Mr. Syden Reach

Program Manager

...Syden, serves as Program Manager, has more than 13-year experiences in agricultural and livelihood program management for local and international organizations. His further experience included project and program design and management, fund raising, report and workplan preparation, project monitoring and evaluation, conducting baseline survey, midterm- and final project evaluation, proposal development, business and strategic plan development for agricultural cooperative and social enterprise, and agricultural value chain facilitation, partner coordination, human resource management, budget management ranged from $41,000.00 to over $2,000,000.00 funded by EU, USAID, Japanese government and other donors. Academically, he is a PhD Candidate in Agriculture, specializing in Agricultural Economics at Lincoln University, Malaysia and holds with a Master’s Degree of Saemaul Studies in Saemaul Undong and Community Development from Yeungnam University in the Republic of Korea and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from the Royal University of Agriculture in Cambodia and English literature from Royal University of Agriculture and Asia Euro University in Cambodia.

 

Miss Yin Monny

Admin and Finance Manager

...Chhin currently serves as Project Coordinator for the Greater Community Project based in Pursat Province. She has more than 9-year experiences in agriculture-based livelihood development and project management for an organization. Her practical experiences included: provision of rice, vegetable, IPM and livestock trainings to farmers; promotion of water and sanitation at community level; promotion of social safety mechanism and improve community well- being and gender; coordination of the vocational trainings program. In addition to this, she has an expertise in project plan, execution and resource management. Academically, she graduated a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from the University of Management and Economics.

 

Miss Serey Chan

...Miss Serey, serves as project manager for the Improving Nutrition, Food Security by Livelihood for Women and Children, has more than 23 year’s experiences in General Health Program, HIV/AIDs program, Home base Care, Health on Nutrition, agricultural and livelihood program management for local and international organizations. her further experience included project and program design and management, fund raising, report and workplan preparation, project monitoring and evaluation, conducting baseline survey, mid-term and final project evaluation, organization of workshop and trainings, proposal development, business and strategic plan development for health-Nutrition, WASH, Sanitation and hygiene, agricultural cooperative and social enterprise cooperation with Department of Labor and Vocational Training (DoLVT), and agricultural value chain facilitation, partner coordination, human resource management (managing from 6 staff until 21 staff), budget management ranged from $250,000.00/year to over $1,500,000.00/5 years funded by GIZ/German government, ECH/USAID, CIVES MUNDI organization in Spain, and other donors. Moreover, she is also an expert in Maternal Child Health Care, Nutrition, agricultural for development. Academically, she graduated master degree of Leadership & Management Studies in CDC Berlin-Germany and two bachelor degrees: Science of Public Health (Midwife) and Finance & Accountant at Build Bright University (BBU) in Phnom Penh-Cambodia. And graduated of English Language in FACK TRACK Program Advance degree at University of Cambodia in Phnom Penh and B1. German Language at CDC-Berlin in Germany Country.

 

Miss Kuntheab Tep

Admin/Accountant Officer

...Miss Kuntheab, Admin and Accountant Officer for the Improving Nutrition, Food Security by Livelihood for Women and Children, has more than 5-year experiences in Accountant for Company and local NGOs. She has experiences included receptionist, cashier and admin/accountant, receipt clearance and received money with guests, financial report preparation, communication, and project financial management with Manager, document filling, verified advance request, clear money with staff’s transaction, cashbook and entry into QuickBooks system. Academically, she graduated bachelor degree in Accounting at Cambodia International Cooperation Institute (CICI)-Phnom Penh.

 

Mrs. Chhavy Nou

Communality Deployment Facilitator in-charge of Food Security

...Mrs. Chhavy Nou, Communality Deployment Facilitator in-charge of Food Security for the Improving Nutrition, Food Security by Livelihood for Women and Children, has 7-year experiences in agricultural and livelihood development for local and international organizations. Her practical experiences included providing technical support to farmers for livestock raising, fish culture, vegetable growing, rice cultivation, establishment of agricultural and livestock domo farms, organization of meeting, training and workshop, conduct training need assessment, and support saving group. In addition, she has been implementing nutrition and wash program at community level. Academically, she graduated bachelor degree of Science Agronomy at the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA)-Phnom Penh.

 
Mr. SARITH OUM

Communality Deployment Facilitator in-charge of Food Security

...Mr. Sarith, who serves as Communality Deployment Facilitator in-charge of Food Security for the Improving Nutrition, Food Security by Livelihood for Women and Children, has Community development work experiences for 7 years with local and international NGOs such as Farmer Livelihood Development Organization (FLD), World Vision Cambodia (WVC), Helen Keller International (HKI) related to food security and nutrition, emergency food assistance, education, sponsorship and child protection, and health research that worked on budget plan and action plan management, preparation work plan, facilitation in training, preparation monthly report, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) by data collection in baseline, midline for projects and program. And he graduated bachelor degree of Agricultural sciences in Agronomy specialized at Chea Sim University of Kamchay Mear (CSUK) based in Prey Veng province.

 

Mrs. Dany Chhan

Nutrition Capacity Building Facilitator (NCBF)

...Mrs. Dany, Nutrition Capacity Building Facilitator for the Improving Nutrition, Food Security by Livelihood for Women and Children, has more than 22-year experiences in implementing Water and Sanitation and livelihood Development programs for local and international organizations. Her specific experiences facilitating activities of Health and Nutrition, WASH/Sanitation, CLTS, HIV/AIDS,TB (Screening Children’s), Livelihood, Cooperating with HCs staff, strengthen capacity of VHSGs, organize community educational sessions on nutrition, access to food, IYCF and hygiene to turn it into healthy practices, facilitation and counseling of nutrition and hygiene topics and strengthen the link to health facilities. Organize community awareness sessions on different hygiene topics including hand washing with soap, kitchen hygiene, and Safe water storage for mothers, fathers and youths of reproductive age, Assist PM in preparing project reports, participate in the baseline survey and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of project activities. She graduated bachelor degree in Human Resources management at Cambodia University Specialties (CUS) in Battambong Province.

 

Miss. Hey Doeum

Nutrition Capacity Building Facilitator (NCBF)

Hey, Nutrition Capacity Building Facilitator for the Improving Nutrition, Food Security by Livelihood for Women and Children, has almost 4-year experiences in maternal child’s health care, nutrition and hygiene and Food security project for local and international organizations. Her practical experiences included strengthen capacity of VHSGs, growth monitoring child under two years and community education sessions on nutrition access to food infant and young child feeding and hygiene and data entry. Academically, she graduated associated degree of Midwifery at Chenla University in Phnom Penh-Cambodia.

 

MR. PHEARAK DOEM

Community development facilitator

...Phearak, serves as Community Development Facilitator (CDF) for the Greater Community Project based in Pursat province, has 6 years of experience in the community development program, including managing WASH, agriculture, and forestry sectors. Specifically, he has been organizing training and workshops, assisting farmers to set up nethouse, establishing agricultural cooperatives, and monitoring the latrine, pond, and well construction. Academically, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from the Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia.

 

Ms. Chhin Nhaim
