FLD has a team of over 92 well qualified Cambodian staff including 40 female and 52 male, lead by Executive Director Mr Sok Somith, M Ag Bus.

Their work includes vocational training, project management and support, market development for rural self help groups, micro-financial services, project evaluation and support, administration and financial support. They are involved across a broad spectrum of agricultural and rural community development.

All are committed to the further development of Cambodian agriculture and improving the lives and livelihoods of rural families and communities.
Supporting FLD's staff are three expatriate advisors, working in their specialist areas: small business development; training; communications.

In addition, FLD's intern programme encourages volunteer student staff, giving young people practical experience that will complement their university studies.
